2013 FEE SCHEDULE
Rate: $330 per hour for two party mediations, $125
per hour per party for multi-party mediations; three hour minimum. Fees are typically
shared equally by all parties or in accordance with any prior
agreement or court order. Services include attendance at
mediation conferences, review of briefs and other written
materials, participation in telephone or follow up conferences
and any other services requested by the parties.
Cancellation Policy: For mediations
cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled conference, there will be
a 3-hour minimum charge divided by all parties.
Out of Town Travel: Reimbursement of
out-of-pocket expenses (hotels, cab fare, etc.) at actual cost
for travel outside Hillsborough or Pinellas County. Travel time
billed at one half hourly rate.
