I saw my first mastiff
in 1972, and was in awe.
I told myself I would own one someday.
After putting in 18
years with racehorses, working 7 days a week, I finally retired and
started making my dreams come true!
In 1984 I adopted my first mastiff and eventually ended up adopting 3.
As years went by I added to our little family by purchasing 2 more. At
this time I was working double shifts in the hospital and never
had time to show.
In 1997, I purchased Tonka at 8 weeks old.
She came on a plane, I was the most excited person in the world. Little
did I know the real excitement that she would bring me. What lied ahead would be enough to last a life
time and then some.
If only she could last longer, I would give it all
back........ for she is truly my therapy dog.
Tonka had her first litter in 2000. From that I kept
Coaty, Tonka's first son. Like his mom, he is a LOVE!
I also love the Mastino Napolitano's (Neo's)
We've done VERY well in the show ring and have produced some outstanding
